Pay Monthly Website Terms & Conditions

  • Monthly payments must be made on the first day of each month.
  • Payments must be made promptly by Credit Card or Bank Payments(ACH)
  • If the account falls into arrears for any period of 30 days or more, there will be a charge of $85 added to the account.
  • If the account goes into arrears for a period of 60 days, the website will be taken offline and all email accounts will be suspended until the arrears have been cleared.
  • If the account goes into arrears for a period of 90 days or more, all outstanding amounts will be due in full.
  • After the account balance has been cleared, the ownership of the website will be transferred to the account holder. Until that time, it will remain the property of Signulator Web Services.
  • Monthly website payment plans are not available on 3rd party hosting. The website must be hosted with Signulator Web Services.
  • Monthly website payment plans only cover the cost of the original invoice – they do not cover website care plan fees or additional work fees unless agreed at the time of the original invoice. Once the website is live, any issues, problems or fixes are the responsibility of the client, and would be chargeable at our standard hourly rate unless the client is on a website care plan.
